The Flower Girl Delivery Information
The Flower Girl delivers to all areas of Albury and Wodonga.
For SAME DAY DELIVERY please ensure your order is in before 12pm.

The Flower Girl delivers between 10 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
TO QUALIFY FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY, YOUR ORDER MUST BE IN BEFORE MIDDAY.
Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
If delivering to a business, please include the business name at checkout so we can prioritise your delivery.
LOCAL DELIVERY FEES
Our local area includes postcodes 3690, 2640, and 2641:
$10 Local delivery for all orders within these post codes.
EXTENDED NETWORK DELIVERY FEES
Our extended delivery network allows us to deliver to the following postcode towns/suburbs: 2642 JINDERA, 3691 BARANDUDA, KILLARA, LENEVA, 3694 BANDIANA, 2643 HAMILTON VALLEY, and 3688 BARNAWARTHA
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO THE WAY OUR WEBSITE HAS BEEN DESIGNED- IF AN INCORRECT POSTCODE IS PUT IN THEN AUTOMATIC PICK UP FROM OUR DEAN STREET STUDIO WILL BE REQUIRED. WE CANNOT DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THESE POSTCODES. PLEASE CHECK OVER YOUR ORDER BEFORE PROCESSING TO ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR DELIVERY OR PICK UP OPTION. PLEASE CONTACT US AT THE STUDIO BEFORE PROCESSING YOUR ORDRE WITH ANY INQUIRIES.
- $15 – $20 delivery for all orders, calculated during check out.
If an inaccurate postcode is used, we’ll call to arrange a top-up payment for your orders’ correct delivery fee.
Please note if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, all perishable items (including cupcakes) will be left in a shaded spot by the front door or wherever is appropriate.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERY
Business Addresses: If you would like us to deliver to a business address, please specify the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to the reception/concierge, loading dock or if they can go straight to the recipient.
Residential Addresses: Please make sure that we are able to gain access to the property when delivering. If the address is located within a secure complex, please make sure that the recipient is home on the day of delivery or specify a safe location where the delivery can be left. It is useful to also include a contact phone number for the recipient, we will of course only use it if absolutely necessary, we don’t want to spoil the surprise delivery!
Hospital Addresses: Please provide the name of the hospital, the ward and the bed number of the recipient if possible. Please also ensure that the recipient is definitely still in hospital and is not being discharged that day, remembering that we cannot guarantee a timed delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE RECIPIENT ISN’T HOME OR THE INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS WERE PROVIDED?
We will leave flowers at, or near, the door if we deem it safe to do so. If necessary, we will contact the recipient to let them know where we’ve left their flowers. If there is nowhere safe to leave them we will return the flowers to the studio and contact the person who ordered them to re-arrange delivery (with the appropriate re-delivery cost) or arrange collection.
It is important that you provide us with the full and correct contact and address details. If you provide us with incorrect details we will attempt your delivery as per your instructions and accept no responsibility for a failed delivery. If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver on the same day or another day of your choice. Redelivery will incur a delivery fee of $10.00.
