We are proud of our reputation for freshness and quality. However, sometimes vase life can be shortened for reasons over which we have no control. These include things like grower production, extremely high weather temperatures, transportation issues and so on. Therefore, if your flowers wilt within 48 hours of delivery, and you’ve looked after them according to the care instructions, we will gladly replace them.
Return the flowers to us and we will supply you with new flowers.

We acknowledge that everyone makes mistakes from time to time- if you make a mistake in your online order and contact us by phone or Facebook or email to make changes, while we will attempt to accommodate these changes we cannot guarantee them due to the sheer number of orders we get each day.
